Enroute Inc., doing business as EnrouteAI (“us”, “we”, or “our”), operates the enrouteai.com website and the EnrouteAI application (together, the “Service”). This page tells you what personal data we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. Information you give us
When you book a session, send us a message, or use the application, we may ask for information that can identify or contact you (“Personal Data”), such as:
- your name, email address, and phone number
- your company name and role
- the content of messages you send us
- files you upload for us to price, such as a bid or RFP, and the lanes, volumes, and rates in them
Usage data
We also record how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”): your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, the date and time of each visit, and similar diagnostic data. This is collected by our own servers as pages are served.
Cookies
The website sets one cookie, a random identifier that lets us recognise the same browser across visits so we can see which pages a visitor read before contacting us. It contains no personal information by itself and expires after one year. The application sets the session and security cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on the website.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to tell you when one is sent. Refusing the application's session cookie will prevent you from signing in.

Where data is processed
We are a United States company and our servers are located in the United States.
